Hello from My Shopper!

Today, we’re diving into the trending colors to watch for this upcoming fall and winter season. Every year, the ‘Pantone NYFW Fashion Color Trend Report’ analyzes New York Fashion Week collections and selects key seasonal colors. For Fall/Winter 2025, the theme is “Newness in Familiarity,” featuring a range of tones from soft neutrals to rich purples. Rather than loud contrasts or over-the-top expressions, this season’s palette centers on hues that gently stir your emotions.

According to Leatrice Eiseman, Director of the Pantone Color Institute, this season’s palette is like “a quiet conversation between colors, blooming into elegant emotions.”

So, what are the standout warm tones for F/W 2025? Let’s take a look at how they feel and which personal color types they best complement!

Brandied Melon

This shade feels like cantaloupe with a hint of spice - a warm, mellow orange that’s more toned down than your usual bright orange. It's soft yet refined, perfect for fall styling when paired with camel or brown tones. Especially flattering on people with Spring Deep or Autumn Bright undertones, it adds a healthy flush when used in lip colors or knitwear.

Lyons Blue

Like a calm evening in a chic city, Lyons Blue goes beyond classic navy. It's a sophisticated, deep shade that sits somewhere between teal and blue. Depending on the material, whether wool, cashmere, or satin, it shifts subtly with the light. Because it has a yellow-based blue undertone, it suits warm-toned individuals who look great in high-saturation shades. Try it in a suit set, tailored pants, or even a silk scarf.

Damson

Vintage purples are in for fall, and Damson leads the way. Named after the damson plum, this dusty purple mixes red and brown for a moody, luxurious tone. With both warmth and elegance, it works beautifully in velvets and satins where lighting enhances its depth. It has a soft neutrality with warm undertones, ideal for Spring Deep or Autumn Bright types. We especially love it for statement dresses on special occasions.

Hot Chocolate & Bronze Brown

If there’s one keyword this season, it’s “cozy.” And at the heart of that vibe? Warm browns - from creamy hot chocolate to subtly glowy bronze. Pantone places these browns at the core of this season’s neutral palette. Muted and autumnal, they suit those who are mute or deep tones naturally. Use them for coats, boots, or crossbody bags - you’ll never get tired of them.

Chili Oil

This deep reddish-brown packs a punch. “Chili Oil” has the fire of red and the grounded feel of brown, creating a bold yet wearable statement. Ideal for wool coats, leather jackets, or knit dresses, it elevates textured pieces with richness. It’s intense but not overwhelming, perfect for warm deep tones even near the face. As a matte lipstick, it delivers a mature and captivating vibe. Paired with black or beige, it'll look refined; combined with similar browns or reds, it brings stylish harmony.

These hues go beyond fitting the season, they’re a way to express your personal vibe. When you know your tone, you can make any trend uniquely yours.
